Casual, Sophisticated and Fashionable is the dress attire at Piano Keys Restaurant and Lounge. Please no athletic wear, baseball caps, flip-flops, tank tops or badly tattered/worn clothing. Guests that arrive in clothing that’s considered too revealing or otherwise inappropriate may not be allowed access into the venue.
Enforcement of the dress code is at the discretion of Management. Management reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who are inappropriately dressed regardless of their reservation status.
Piano Keys Restaurant & Lounge is located at 7651 Matapeake Business Dr. Brandywine, MD 20613
Hours of Operation are MONDAY - CLOSED TUESDAY - CLOSED WEDNESDAY 4:00 PM -11:00PM THURSDAY 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM FRIDAY 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM SATURDAY 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM SUNDAY 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
All customers must be 25 years of age or older after 7:00 PM. All other hours of operation have no age requirement.
There will be an Entertainment Fee Thursday, Friday and Saturday night beginning at 7:00 PM.

Piano Keys Restaurant & Lounge accepts all major credit cards. Piano Keys Restaurant & Lounge also accepts debit cards with Visa or Master Card logos.
Piano Keys Restaurant & Lounge is a smoke free environment. Smoking is allowed outside.
When is Happy Hour?
Happy Hour is 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Tuesday through Friday.
Piano Keys Restaurant & Lounge offers free parking. Rear parking is available.
Coat check is seasonal and available Thursday, Friday & Saturday night during the winter months. The cost is $3 per item.

If you submit an email request at [email protected], you MUST receive an email response from Piano Keys confirming receipt of your request. Limited reservations are accepted in the dining room Thursday, Friday and Saturday. All other seating is done on a first-come first-served basis. Reservations are not accepted after 9:00 PM Friday and Saturday night. Reservations are held for 15 minutes beyond their scheduled time.
Sunday Brunch is coming soon.

We do not allow back packs or large bags inside the venue. If you are having a party, you may bring cupcakes or a cake. Outside food and/or beverages are prohibited.
